Healthcare Legislation Contains Additional False Claims Act Amendments

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act contains several amendments to the False Claims Act, including amendments to its public disclosure bar and its original source exception, amendments which are designed to enhance private enforcement of the FCA.
