Robert B. Fitzpatrick has been quoted in the January 2012 edition of the ABA Journal. In an article by Brian Sullivan entitled “The Last Word”, Mr. Fitzpatrick discusses the potentially game-changing effect that a simple apology can have on the course of litigation.
